January 16, 2004 -- TO celebrate their big year in real estate sales, Corcoran Group CEO Pamela Liebman threw a shindig at Crobar for 1,000 of her brokers. Among the crowd was the firm's former owner Barbara Corcoran - clad in bright red Spandex - who climbed on top of a large speaker and began gyrating alongside the club's go-go dancers, reports The Post's Braden Keil. The brokers got more than they bargained for when Corcoran's skintight pants came apart at the seams, prompting her to flee the makeshift stage. "They tried to cover her up right away," laughed one employee.
